Event: Fuelling For Running

Join us on Saturday, July 20th at 8 am for “Fuelling for runners” with Jess Fell.

We’re incredibly excited to host Jess Fell for a presentation on everything nutrition for runners! Whilst guiding us through the foundations of sports dietetics, Jess will teach us about how we can best fuel pre, post and during runs, and RED-S (Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport).
